Givaudan

I was hired by Givaudan’s innovation team as a Product Owner for the Flavour’s Smart Selection Project. The idea was to improve the selection process and save time for selectors.

For this, I worked with a Data Scientist to create a “Recommendation Engine”. My role was basically to do the UX Research, Wireframes and User Tests. In the end, I wrote a script for a video to demo how it could be used.

It is an internal and confidential project again, but I will share a pictures of one of the workshops.

Tasks:

– Run a discovery workshop with leaders and selectors to identify the main issues;

– Learn methods and software used for the task during shadowing or interviews;

– Run an “Experience Mapping” workshop for each region (North America, Latin America and Europe) to identify a common flow;

– Develop a survey and an Intelligence mapping to identify best practices;

– Design wireframes and user test them, virtually and live;

– Write a video script to reveal and showcase the proposed solution.
