I worked with the CGI team in Calgary to improve the experience of PAS, an Oil and Gas software that had been designed many years ago.
We interviewed many customers to understand their needs, compiled the results and suggested improvements based on the main heuristics.



Before I started all research, they asked me to suggest a quick re-skin that they could apply right away. I designed different mood-boards and improved the overall design of the tool. Check some before/after images here:

Later, I led user journey sessions (per defined role) and presented my analysis, with the main aspects to be addressed. It was a 3-year plan redesign and unfortunately I left CGI, but I am glad I started the process and managed to complete all workshops and analysis.
